American Life League exists to serve God by helping to build a society that respects and protects innocent human life from fertilization to natural death - without compromise, without exception, without apology.

The distinguishing mark of American Life League, by which we will be recognized, is our absolute commitment to the sacredness of human life

Since 1979 -- under the guidance and by the example of its founder Judie Brown -- the American Life League has distinguished itself as an inveterate defender of human life ... tirelessly encouraging, educating and above all inspiring to action all men and women of conscience. The League stands ready always to aid those in need of assistance in bringing forth an unwanted child, protecting unto natural death the infirm and the dying and resisting absolutely the pressure to concede even one life to the Culture of Death metasticizing throughout our society and, thanks to our clout and money, throughout the world.

At their second annual Celebration of Life World Family Conference in New Orleans, American Life League presented a slate of premiere pro-life educators and speakers -- physicians, scientists, educators, ethicists, philosophers, religious and legislators -- from the entire spectrum of the pro-life vanguard including Most Rev. Elden F. Curtiss, Mark Crutcher, Rev. Thomas Euteneuer (President of Human Life International), Ambassador Alan Keyes and Rev. John A. Perricone (Founder and director of ChristiFideles).

The profile of Conference educators and attendees evidenced not only the American Life League's keen attention to and defense of all facets of the pro-life cause but also underscored their reputation for attracting individuals prepared to use the information imparted to educate and encourage others in turn.
Father Klores bids goodbye to Judie Brown. (7/14/02)
It was a supreme honor and privilege for Father Klores and the parishioners of St. Patrick's to welcome Judie Brown, her family and members of the American Life League as they celebrated their opening and closing Masses at the Church.

Please take the time to peruse the American Life League's website where you will find some of the most substantive and timely information about all manner of pro-life issues and activism to be found on the net. A few quick links:

Dear Friends of Life:

Judie Brown, founder of the American Life League.

In the eyes of God, all men are created equal.

Yet every day in America, more than 4,000 babies die through acts of willful killing—surgical abortion. The soul of this great nation is dying with each baby's death.

To some leaders and pro-life organizations, abortion has become politicized. Waffling and compromising seem to be a prerequisite in their attempt to defend the Almighty Truth that once empowered this movement.

The simple truth is that the pro-life movement is a moral crusade. If moral principle is divorced from its actions, this crusade will have no basis upon which to demand protection for human life, much less to exist.

American Life League was founded in 1979, with my family and four other families around my kitchen table. We work daily to defend the sanctity of all innocent human life.

I know that one day the killing will stop.

Our Lord is too merciful, and too powerful, for it to be otherwise.
